How it works
It usually takes two to three months from your first message to number plates. You can see every step, and we can talk through any of them.
- day 1
Request and budget
Tell us the model, country and total budget. We’ll warn you straight away if it won’t stretch that far.
- 1–5 days
Finding lots
We send options from Copart, IAAI, Manheim and dealers. For Romania we only look for clean title.
- 1–2 days
Checks
VIN, history, photos, document, country of assembly. For Romania we show RAR the documents in advance.
- 1 day
Contract
We fix the bid limit and all the costs. No contract, no bid.
- from 1 day
Auction
We bid within the agreed limit. If we win, we message you straight away. If not, we move on to the next lot.
- 1–2 weeks
Collection and port
We pay the auction, collect the car from the yard, take it to the port and load it into a container. We send you photos.
- 4–8 weeks
Ocean
The container sails to Constanța. You can see the status under ‘Where’s my car’.
- 3–7 days
Constanța and Suceava
For Romania: customs, VAT, car transporter to Suceava. For Ukraine: transit to the border with no Romanian VAT.
