What data

Only what you type into the form yourself: name, phone, contact method, country, car, budget, comment and chosen cars.

Why, and on what basis

To answer your request and prepare a contract. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken before a contract (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

How long we keep it

12 months from the last contact if there’s no contract. With a contract, as long as accounting and tax records require.

Who we share it with

Staff and contractors handling your request, such as the broker and carrier. We don’t sell data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, limit how it’s used or withdraw your consent. Write to us: using the form on the Contacts page. You can complain to ANSPDCP, Romania’s supervisory authority.

What’s stored in your browser

No cookies. The tab’s memory (sessionStorage) holds your theme, language, shortlist, estimate and best game scores. It all goes when you close the tab.
