What this site is

This site describes the services of Consigliere Auto: finding, buying and shipping cars from the US. It isn’t an online shop, and the contract is made separately.

Estimates

The calculator and catalogue prices are estimates. Exact amounts depend on the lot, the exchange rate, customs and RAR. Only the figures in the contract are binding.

Lots in the catalogue

The catalogue shows lots that have already sold: they are price examples, not an offer to sell. We send current auction options separately.

Rules and laws

Information on import duties, taxes and registration comes from public sources as of the date shown. It’s for reference, not legal advice.

Liability

We’re responsible for the services in the contract. Decisions by customs, RAR and the MIA service centre, and carriers’ timings, are down to those organisations, but we help you through them.

The site’s text and images belong to Consigliere Auto. Auction and car brand names belong to their owners and are mentioned for description only.

Disputes

We settle disputes by talking first, then under Romanian law, unless the contract says otherwise. Consumers can go to ANPC.
